Several disclaimers: 1) This is purely a demonstration, with no mods, as is with HIGH settings. 2) DCS multi-threading is still new, in open beta, and is being improved. 3) This is not a tutorial, commentary, review or critique. 4) 99% of us do not regularly fly in DCS under scenario #2 conditions. 5) 90 fps (on a busy Supercarrier deck) is easily obtainable in VR when the sky is relatively clear. 6) The cloud settings have a a noticeable impact on fps. The more complex weather that is added, the more the fps will drop. 7) With my hardware configuration, multi-threading adds 25-40 fps over single thread performance.
