I'm playing 2d and the Phantom II was quite smooth for me in almost all conditions up until this patch and now there is significant stuttering. It's a shame, however, I hope it get's resolved.

I think the major issue is when the performance tanks for some reason, and unlike before, it did not recover. As other viewer points out, the CPU and GPU utilitisations are way too low, which I should include them in my future benchmarks. The engine is old, and everybody knows, and it is getting worse and DLSS does not help.

Well, somebody posted a temp fix on QFV a couple of days ago, I would suggest you check it out. It works for QPro.
