Today I demonstrate the use of the type 200A anti-runway bomb. It is a high drag rocket assisted bomb for use against runways and hardened targets.

I believe you get bigger craters if you use tail fuse only.

That would be the case with normal penetrating bombs yes but these can only be utilised with N+T.

Can you use these weapons to attack other targets?

No reason why not, they would be effective against hardened targets of many types. Very little splash damage though so keep that in mind.
