Play the Stabilizer mission every day. Farm for Source Marks and use them to buy Quarks on the Quarks vendor. It will take a while... but if you play the long game and are a bit lucky.... you might do it?? But obviously it will be tough and it will take a while.

You Can Open Capsules But I Think It Would Be Like More Then 200$ To Get That Many Qwarks

Depends if you are lucky or not. If you only get 10 Quarks... then it will take a LOT of them... but if you are a bit lucky and also buy Quarks using Source Marks?? It could speed up the process.

Probably more then 2 Billions by now. The Croma materials alone did cost me more then 1.2 Billion on the Broker.
