In my healer experience so far, the nerfed green spam sucks. I’ll start a raid with full supercharge and it’ll be dried up immediately. And I BARELY even get the DPS’s in the group 3-4 neo venom boosts WITH them soul cloak swapping. It’s not worth the hassle for what you’re outputting now imo.

Did the green stacked before they nerfed it? For example if two healers had greens at the same time, did we get double the super regen? @Obsidian Chill. My friend said only get regen from one healer super but you see animations for both.

Before I level ebons I was wondering if u think that running ebons with amulet is to much? Like could I possibly make a rotation that works with both or do u think it would be a damage loss because I'd kept resetting the stacks?

running ebon with amulet will be too much for the vast majority of groups to handle. That is nearly 100k dmg you would be doing to yourself every single power you hit at 10 stacks

Solar amp vs quislet for earth might ST? (I already fed EoG into solar amp + breakthroughs lol). My other two arts are trans/ strat. And grim I use on melee loadout becuase it's kinda power heavy with clipping unstoppable

So for dps your circle gets canceled if someone else pops his first? Or only if you are far away from their circle?

if you are out of range it won't be canceled, but then you are just stacking your own damage which isn't going to be much with EoG.

although my EOG is maxed out, but i've never been a fan of out. i'd only end up using it if the team wants me to. usually i just use TC, PHR and POD. so this change absolutely doesn't personally bother me :D

I’ve been running Trans, Scrap, and EOG as an Elec might dps for AOE and it’s been working pretty well. I use scrap over Strat bc with Elec, seemed like the main priority was pop CB as many times as possible. That plus EOG was always good damage. Now that EOG may not be as reliable/consistent, could I run Trans, Scrap, and Quis and still deal roughly the same damage output? Or does scrap need to be replaced by something like Strat card in this new formation?

gadgets prec is still at the top, it is more power heavy then you will remember from a year ago but that artifact combination is the one being used now with EoG changed

Trying to find out if green circles stacked before update for sc regen. My friend told me it didn’t from two healers spamming eog. She said that you only get regen standing close to the person who cast the first supercharge. Can anyone verify this I want to know how the regen worked before, because I never paid attention lol @everyone.

you can get away without solar amplifier now, trans/strat will always be a good combo but you could go quislet instead of solar or amulet/ebon if you are staying might

I never used EoG as a DPS and didn't mind the removal of the sharing aspect but extremely unhappy about the self healing and SC regen from a Tank aspect in higher Elite plus feat runs. Unless now 12% health over 6 sec as a Tank is useless.

you can, SA isn't needed in most ST cases and is only useful when there is a boss with multiple adds. Ebon can work on AOE and ST

Im a fire DPS and i got trans, strat and solar amp with solar being the only at 160 something. Should i feed solar unto something else like grim ? I use inferno to burn so i don't really need heat vision on my loadout anymore i think..just wanna make sure im taking advantage of double xp

I need some more testing on the whole grim vs venom wrist vs quislet for prec builds. It seems grim is pretty much out and so far I don't see a huge difference at all in quislet vs venom wrist. Seems tho venom wrist and cards is best for adds & swapping in quislet on SCs. And just keep quislet in for single target

VWD I find more high risk, high reward. If you miss the buff window for any reason its a waste. Could be CC'd, need to block reposition etc where quis is passive damage. Grim will only help with power issues from running RSK as prec (if that is an issue) sure you have higher base stats with grim but compared tot he quis SC regen, SC damage proc and the mega blast every 5s it has way more potential than grim, even when factoring in the 10% pi bonus

I wish to point out, that in the first part when you were talking about regen and demoed flash attack. You didn't have EoG equiped to show the regen of dash attack. You just performed the Dash Attack and talked about how little regen you got from EoG without EoG being equiped. Also, in the EoG Before and After Comparison, the before is sped up faster than the after.... It's like 2-4 times faster than the after, so yea, no matter what the faster video on the bottom is gonna have more rotations than the slow-normal rate of speed of the top.

The sped up clip doesn't impact the number of usages. Both were starting at full SC to show how many 2500's you could use before and after, which was the healer meta running 3x sc for green spam. Not much point in showing a black screen for 2min while the before keeps spamming sc when the after has already run out

I have a nice La-Mort card + Batman Who Laughs build. Ebon seems like it would fit right in. Except I'm Fire and the power loss would be a little iffy. Like you said, no visual cue is kinda iffy. If they need to make sure everything has a visual cue, Ebon, La-Mort, etc..

if you want the most potential out of your dps super, yes. Scrap will not only allow you the extra regen but also the cooldown reduction. However if you don't want to swap you can simply have extended SC on the chest and then really all you're losing besides just 2% SC is the cooldown reduction, which you may not be able to take advantage of anyways if you aren't building super fast enough. So must have I would say no, unless your focus is on competitive damage.

gadgets prec is still strong from what i've seen from players but the dks swap on muni and some other powers is right up there too. Elec might took a big hit though, especially ST not being able to use CB off cooldown

personally im saying Quislet, VWD looks good on the sparring targets but its a short buff window actually in content where anything can happen. Quislet is passive damage, no swaps, and helps with SC regen

ebon and amulet you won't be able to use at max stacks, too much damage. If you are going to try to be 4-5 stacks to survive you might as well only use 1 of the arts and do trans-strat-ebon or trans-quis-ebon etc

The way I see it scrap is a better swap now more super and the cooldown get your super off more often and before anyone popping eog DPS(damage per second)

*Should you still use EoG? Long Story short:* *• Healer/Tank:* If you dont want to go for another Art build you can still keep it, as its still viable but you won't get as much out of it as you used to. There are better options available now after the nerf. *• Dps:* Not worth keeping unless you are a Art Switcher.

1st you use dash attack without eog and you talk about regen ,even with head mod, 2nd are you 100% that quinslet works with a power every 5sec? or maybe that power need to dmg the target to so the extra quinslet dmg can proc ? coz powers like gadgets mines or superspeed ones to clip , they might not proc it we those powers don't damage the target...

Glad im not allowed to misspeak during a 15min live commentary, its almost as if there was no green cricle when I used DA so everyone watching would know I was wrong. Quislet you have to deal damage to the target, that has always been the case. If Prec players what to cancel flurry shots or brawling ticks and deal no dmg that is precisions problem not might.

The thing I don’t understand still is why are people mad about an artifact not part of your main 3 equipped arts? This is purely a swap art, you are never supposed to have it equipped at all times. Therefore this change did nothing for the people with a brain that knew not to keep it equipped

a lot of players got used to healers running 3 supers and dps being able to hit their 5000 sc off cooldown or gadgets being able to use a sc every stealth. The whole concept wasn't reasonable and needed to be adjusted, devs just took forever to address it

quislet is a good substitute for EOG even if you are prec or might. Its good passive damage, still helps you with SC regen and gives you that bonus dmg when you use a 5-10k SC. During double xp you wouldn't lose xp so 200 eog would be 200 quislet, you'd just need the seals and catalysts to rank up

I'm confused. because that spreadsheet doesn't account for Quislet's mega blast which does aoe damage every 5 seconds if you deal dmg with a power. You can parse that as its situational but if you are procing mega blast it far exceeds Grim. Plus when you use mega blast you get 1% SC regen and when you use a 5-10k SC you deal extra damage with qusilet while grim does nothing besides just passive damage.
