*FIXED THE PROBLEM!!! I had the same problem after I switched my HD to SSD. So everything like DJ 1n2 said happen. Now the fix. WARNING THIS IS FOR MAC OS USERS ONLY! I first went to Launchpad there should be a folder thats says PIONEER (OTHER). Thats the Pioneer Setting Utlity folder. Click it. You should see all the pioneer controllers or mixers you used with there utilty setting on file. Now, look for the DDJ -1000SRT setting utlity (with an horn with a gear icon). If its there you are good to do to the next step. If its not there then, we going to get back to you. (SKIP DOWN TO THE ***IF THAT DIDNT WORK FOR YOU SECTION) Now, go to finder and in the search bar search for Pioneer file on your HD or SSD. Once the Pioneer file pops click it. Now find DDJ-1000SRT folder and click it. If there is nothing in the folder ** that is the reason you not getting the jogwheel to light up and it says NO AUDIO DRIVER when start serato.** You have to copy and paste the driver version display utilty into that folder and it should work. The file that needs to go in that DDJ -1000SRT folder is called (DDJ-1000SRT driver version display utility). Now where do I find that at? Copy and paste in the search bar in finder this (DDJ-1000SRT driver version display utility). When it comes copy and paste that in the folder. Close everything down and restart your computer. Open Serato and it should work. *******(IF THAT DIDNT WORK FOR YOU SECTION) ***** If you dont see the DDJ-1000SRT setting utlity (with an horn with a gear icon) you may have to reinstall it or go to finder and search for Pioneer Folder. If you dont see it then you only other option is to reinstall the driver from the pioneer website. Hope this helps someone. If this worked for you subscribe to my channel just to say thank you.
