@@thatgurlispoison8454 Hammer was known to be very generous with his money. The fact that he employed a massive entourage and was still even able to help out En Voung is amazing.
@@bjmorris7414 Ik, I'm just giving an example. Another would be the guy holding the shotgun from boys in the hood, he wasn't originally a gangsta but he grew up around them. Tommy Little and De'Andre weren't gangsta's but they grew up around them.
@@NorthPhilly-zr7xc I can understand that that movie put a stigma on him in the past but lets be real look at the crap thats on tv today... that stigma shouldn't even be brought up at this point. I feel he would be an AWESOME and WANTED addition to our televisions today. I just hope someone reaches out to him and gives him a chance🌻
Tweety Bird yea but more.of a shock cuase people looked at him some diffrent and he was a lot of people favorite actor but that role he played and mess him up
It's so refreshing to hear. You always hear about celebrities being unapproachable and rude. I love Martin, he truly is a bright light in this dark ass world.
That Martin story is AMAZING, thank you for helping another brother in his time of need and hustle. On that day blessings rained down on him abundantly, cus he was doing right.✊🏿💯👍🏿👏🏿❣😊
very Possible in Los Angeles-- I had a cousin selling 100 dollars worth of bookmarks a day with inspirational quotes on them- cost him 10 dollars to print out 500 lol
2pac I feel you. I had a cousin that sold bus schedules for a quarter. People knew that they could get them for free off the bus. They were just impressed by his hustle and entrepreneurial spirit. 🤓
P REAL “Nigga why do you got grits ain’t nobody cookin you breafffest” lmao I always laugh bout the way he says that shit lmao “I used to have all the girlies on my tail huh??” 🤣
mostly all who come in contact with him says that he put a lot of people on def comedy jam he introduced a lot of people who were just locally known he gave a lot of people a shot a real DC brother by way of Germany
Martin looked out..See, that's what you do for your brother/sister..That's why I try to help MY PPL(BLACK PPL) out as much as possible. Each one teach one.We are all we got.Shout out to all my black ppl.#blkpride#blklove
I’m mean just bc your skin color is similar don’t really mean nothing. If I don’t know you, your still just as much a stranger as any white or Latino dude
I know some people give me flack for this, but in a roundabout way, if there wasn't no "Tales From the Hood" we wouldn't have movies like "Get Out" or "Us."
Stacey from 'The Wood' & Rico (a.k.a. Alpo) from 'Paid In Full' were larger than life. These characters made you FEEL something - Black creative excellence........
Buddy say he was selling candy at 16-17 lol That’s a LONG WAYS from Stacey 😂 HE MADE IT THOUGH!!! Especially when Martin showed him..... WAAASSSSUUUPPP!!!!!!!
I always loved the Wood because it was a hood movie that wasn't a "hood movie". Boyz and Menace were cool for what they were, but there was also regular life happening in "the hood" as well.
@Mūsā Al-Tijani no doubt. I think Boyz in the Hood was genre-defining. Definitely a classic. But with the wood, the gang element was really a just a tiny part of it. It was more on just the day that I was with somebody growing up around it but not in it. I definitely related more with the wood that I did with Boyz in the Hood.
Tails from the hood is a Hood classic. I was watching that movie yesterday now I'm here watching this interview..erbody kno who you is dude you was a good actor
He said to to Mike," I wanna apologize for beatin yo ass the other day" lmaoo, funny shit is homey that played mike in the wood inwas locked wit him here in NY he gotta busted for coke
That story made me tear up yo...Martin is a real one & over the years I've been hearing various people tell stories on how martin put em on or helped them get in a position to eat some way 💯
guwapDCFINEST I know wonder why vhaldtv didn't say he remind him of eazy e on the wood .Andre would of did a good if he would play as eazy e on straight outta Compton
Blunt Sessions I get what you sayin bruh but I just think they just sayin that becuz of the Cali vibes. I’m pretty sure ain’t nobody tryna disrespect Eazy, but keep it a stack he would have been the best person to play him in a movie 15-20yrs ago.
