Ok I like decks that special summon to bring out beat sticks(Blackwings) but my entire brain just had a stroke and f*cking died trying to figure this deck out.
prolly, you can prolly do it yourslef too!! all you have to do is play hazy flames, mixed with any common level 3 tuner/non tuners, and use manifestation and call (Hazy flame engine and level 3 engine respectivley) to fuse for ascent, then defusion... thats the easiest way imo
