Was it me, or was last night one of their all time better performances? It was playful, and spirited and cracking with energy... but... attendance bias is real... every show I've attended feels like one of the best shows I've ever seen for the first half an hour after it ends, don't but never mind where we were last night just close your eyes and listen to that recording and that show was amazing... little birdie told me the band was spun out..cmon kids...Jeff sang last night... that's all you need to know.. or those funny af googly eyes that Jeff and John were giving each other while they were jamming
I felt like that was one of the very best shows I’ve ever seen from a musical perspective. The band was hitting on all cylinders. They seem very comfortable there.
It was my dream first set basically, night 2 was even better somehow. I saw the guys look up at the graphics and smile a few times, you can tell they are really enjoying this residency and you can hear it in the music
