Hi, my littlest olives!!
Thank you so much for coming back and watching me hang out and make food with people I love.
This week my oldest bestie Christi and I made a grandma-ish style pizza and it was honestly fantastic. I got the dough recipe from Frank Pinello and you can find it below!!

Dough:
1 1/2 cups warm water (110-115° F)
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
Create a well in your flour (like a deep crater in the middle) and start to add your water into that. Add the olive oil after. Also, throw that salt in, baby. Don't be shy.
Once you've done that stuff with the flour add a little warm water to your yeast (that should be in it's own little bowl) and mix it to create a thin paste. Throw that in the flour/water/salt/oil mixture.
Mix it up!! Use your hands! FUN!
Turn out onto a work surface (countertop, board, etc.) and begin to kneed.
Be delicate with your dough, though. We love her. She is going to feed us. Only knead for about 3-5 minutes so as to not overwork her (which would make it too chewy once cooked).
Throw that in a lightly oiled bowl (I used the same one that I had the flour in) and toss it in the fridge overnight! Then just follow what I did in the video, obviously.
Sauce:
1 can of nice San Marzano tomatoes
Heavy pinch of salt
Heavy pinch of pepper
Toppings:
Whatever your or your dead parent like!!!
