I have to be honest at first before I got a chance to meet and experience the fabulousness that is Sasha I was rather salty that she had won the competition before the first episode even started. After the first episode I was absolutely obsessed with her and fully understood why everyone reacted this way. After last week's episode when she shared about the transgender past in Hawaii and her gratitude of how things have changed today the first thing I thought was Sasha for president.
I got to meet her a couple months ago, and she’s literally such a gem to be around. My friends that were performing in the show with her said that she was such a sweetheart backstage
Sasha is one of those pillars of the drag community that, without her, we likely would have missed out on other amazing queens being inspired by a woman of her calibre
I didn’t know about Sasha Colby until her drag daughter was on Season 14. From what I’ve seen so far, Sasha is such a sweet and warm person. I haven’t watched the latest episode, but from the previous two, I can tell how lovely she is (just like Kerri). I am looking forward to seeing more of Sasha and I am certainly rooting for her.
I love how some people go “omg Sasha I love you and worship you” but only know of the one completion she won and has no idea of anything else she’s done in her career and just want to hop on the bandwagon
If Sasha Doesn’t win, I’m going to flip a table. Not only does she have the talent, not only would the story line make sense as she would be the first Trans winner of a regular season, but she literally deserves to win be default. I mean, she’s an icon, she’s a legend, and she is the moment, now come on now!
I agree she's fantastic and will likely be in the finale! Little correction: Willow Pill was the first trans winner of the American season, but there's been a few trans winners around the world too! She would absolutely be the first Miss Continental to win though!

She is one of the defining Continental winners, Trixie, Katya, Sasha Velour etc have name dropped her as literally one of their favorite queens and worked with her on productions like Nightgowns, she is the mother of many famous drag queens including Kerri Colby and is essentially set to be the matriarch of the Colby family for this generation.
She's very much a Vicky Vox, Lady Bunny in she really, really didn't need this show at all and has nothing really to prove. Winners of this show have considered working with her a bump in their career.
She’s your favorite drag queen’s favorite drag queen, literally. Multiple winners of drag race cite Sasha Colby as an inspiration for them. She is one of those seasoned queens who really has nothing to prove/gain from going on the show. It’d almost be like if Lady Bunny or RuPaul herself competed. Maybe not to the exact same level, but she’s still heads and shoulders above pretty much any queen we’ve seen so far in any Drag Race season.

That what i've been asking. I know she has history in the business and I won't deny she is talented but I do feel like sometimes she was more favoured where personally I didn't think she should have. But then again that's just my opinion and not necesswrily the truth

Not trying to be mean but can someone explain how its fair that someone as famous as sasha colby gets to compete with the other queens? Isnt she already super famous? Like the drag equivalent of lady bunny some people said or rupaul (well not exactly but she is still super popular) so its like what more does her drag career have to gain? probably to introduce her brand and who she is to the fans of the show that refuse to look into drag culture besides drag race, and that think Drag culture IS just Drag Race, cause the comments ive been seeing are so disrespectful towards Sasha im like “who are you to talk this about THE Sasha Colby” so yeah i think thats mainly why, and honestly why not tho? Ru chose her to be on the season for a reason, the same way she chose the other contestants ⭐️
Well just because she's well known doesn't mean she's rich. The prize money for challenge and mini challenge wins is enough to at least go on but to win that 200 k would help a lot. In regards to being well known it's mostly the older generations. This Era now consumes drag more so online. So it benefits her to go on to get a younger audience as well.
