Max Halle-Podell it's because this version is too high and hard to sing I'm glad they lowered it a bit on Broadway This version would have damaged her voice for sure if she performed it 9 times a week.
I have a question, are you a vocal coach? If your not a trained vocal coach than stop. What you hear and what you think doesn’t mean it’s true. So why don’t you stop because my vocal coach and other ones who react to her don’t have anything to say about her growls. So before your a professional coach, keep those mean comments to your self
I don’t thing they really meant to sound rude I think they thought that the comment was insulting her voice for being “unhealthy” so they tried to explain but maybe got a little too defensive and that’s ok but maybe next time they should be a little more respectful but I totally understand and I really hope this doesn’t come off as rude!
