Dead or Alive 3 Lifebars for MUGEN 1.1 Release!! 

Finally finished making these for MUGEN! DOA3 lifebars looked pretty slick, and after toying around with the game with Cxbx-Reloaded, I thought in this idea. 3-4 days of extracting & converting to MUGEN later, and there we go! For 640x480 resolution.
While I haven't added the TimeUp/Draw labels yet (and naetags don't support numbers yet), everything else is complete. Enjoy!
