SkyBlue Nerd Maybe. I distinctly remember the contest, though - I think that Machinima or IGN sponsored it or something, and it was definitely before the original released. They did live-action videos testing the submitted designs and everything.

Interesting. There might have been time constraints, or they wanted some more Weapon designs for Off the Record, since it's kind of a "Director's Cut" of 2.

She only died in the blooper. If she dies, you don't get the true ending (whether that be A or S)

Okay, I have two ideas. Psycho 1: Chris Redfield *Dick walks past a human corpse belonging to a cosplayer being Joseph Frost, and sees Chris Redfield pointing a gun at Jill Valentine. Corpses belong to Brad and Wesker can be seen on the ground.* Chris: I can't believe it. Wesker, Brad, Joseph, Barry, and you. You're all traitors. I TRUSTED YOU! Dick: Ahh hell. Chris: You! You're with Umbrella aren't you? Uh huh! Well, Mister "Ruining other peoples lives is fine T-Virus is so important", come and fight me!" *Chris is killed* Chris: Um....Bre....lla...... *Dies* Dick: I hate Capcom games. The only good one is Dead Rising 3. *After the battle, Jill becomes a survivor. Later, you can find Barry as a hidden survivor.* Psycho 2: Asriel Dreemurr *Dick walks into an area full of bloody corpses, and Asriel walks out of a closet, not noticing Dick.* Asriel: They didn't remember they're best friend. Too bad I'm gonna have to make 'em rememb.... *Asriel sees Dick* Asriel: Ah, hello. You'd better know Mercy doesn't work, in this world.... IT'S KILL OR BE KILLED! *Asriel is killed* Asriel: C-chara, I'm so sorry..... I know, y-you aren't Chara.... wh-hats you're name? Dick: It's Dick, Dick Baker. Asriel: Dick... tha-ats, th-ats a nice name....... *Dies* Dick: I feel kinda bad knowing that guy's probably burning in hell right now. *Afterwards, if you go into the closet, Dogamy and Dogaressa can be found tied up, and brought back to the safe area.*
