Please have a look at some gameplay from Dead Rising 3 using a GTX690 and the new 344.60 drivers - this includes what is termed a Single SLI profile for the game Dead Rising 3.

I can definitely state that the game now performs better at higher resolutions than before - current settings are as follows.
1 - use the flawless widescreen app to easily enable 60FPS (as well as other tweaks)
2 - use the default settings in the Nvidia control panel (right click on the desktop to find it)
3 - In game settings:
1080p resolution
MAX LoD
1080P Game quality
AO - on
AA- FXAA
Blur Off
Depth - Off
Zombie Qual - Med
Shadow Qual - Med
Texture - High
Texture Filter - 4x
Subsurface - On
MIrror - Med
Sky - High
Note that this game is known to sometimes not start properly causing it to freeze. There have been reports on crashes, but I've played a few multiple hour sessions without interruption.
Game is really fun and a really good take on an open world in the spirit of GTA and Saints Row.
