I just want to know why, WHY they thought removing blood splatter off of Frank was a good idea. Seeing him cut through a swathe of zombies with a chainsaw and emerge dry is so jarring.

Loved the original back in the day and I’m really enjoying this. What’s missing doesn’t kill the vibe and it’s just more fun, full stop. It’s stupid to cry about censorship and refuse to just chill out and have fun. But oh well, you guys are so uptight it’s painful.

Big fan of the Dead Rising franchise. Played several hours this weekend, and greatly enjoyed it. My only complaint is mostly the voice acting, lack of better clothes/looks, etc. and that damn lights off mall bug ... which makes me more eager for DR2DR. Dead Rising 2 Deluxe Remaster. Frank is so ugly tho, wth. Not a fan of the new va either.

It would have been great to have options where it’s just mission based with no consequences. But, the time mechanic is arguably what makes this games story more interesting

People not buying the game cause of the toned down dialogue and similar stuff are not seeing the forest for the trees. Game's a game and drdr is still a great game to buy.
