Did you learn this from Previously Recorded's Rich Evans, and his perfect Dead Rising run? He used this exact same tactic, in 2015. I won't post the link in case it flags me as spam, but it's "Rich's Dead Rising - NO DEATH RUN 3rd Try (Part 3)".
It's more spitfire lasts so long it's duration creeps into the brock fight, if you were to try something like Energizer or Quickstep it wouldn't work since that doesn't last long enough
slow? sure. but any fool with enough dexterity to handle a gamepad could pull this off. spamming double lariat or knee drop over and over again works but this has the added benefit of keeping frank a safe distance away.
