glad to see a parachad. I love the game so far and am having a great time playing. i dont get where the hate is coming from though? as someone whos is invested in the game and community being in the discord aswell, the game is not being worked on by "all of valve" it seems to be a smaller team then some fo the other games. I dont think people understand that this game is not taking away anything from any other game that valve has.
Honestly was skeptical when I first saw the leaks. However now, after 30 hours i can say I'm hooked on this and can't wait for the release. People just hate, based on other people's opinions, not even trying the game for themselves
@@stupidsniper5216 Really? This looks like very mediocre gameplay and mechanical skill compared to other top players in other video games. Shroud or Dafran would come into this game for the very first time and completely dominate this michaelS person within just an hour of familiarizing themselves with the game. He's "one of the best" perhaps because there's only like 300 people who have access to this private beta so far, but this is pretty sad if the 'skill' displayed here is top 0.1%. I don't know if it's just because of this being a replay file(?) that Valve likes to do with their video games and maybe it's not recorded directly through something like OBS, but this gameplay just looks bad for a supposedly top 0.1% player.
When this game first got leaked i defended it. I got invited to play it, i spent like 100+ hours with it now and i must say i agree 100% this game was fun for maybe the first 25 hours. I mean it's still in early alpha but i just think it's just to boring of a concept it's literally just smite but with guns.
@@agav2345 25 hours of fun in an alpha seems pretty good. I played 40h and I still enjoy it quite a lot. You need to be into items and finding the right build to enjoy it. Basically I think if someone likes dota and shooters they will probably like it.
These are indeed high mmr games recall some of names before getting kicked for being toxic but please upload EU high mmr games na is behind in terms of tech
Replay bug, game is changing everyday and that includes map, heroes, items, artwork, ui, everything. When that game was played - there was a corridor which was later removed. Replay uses newest version of map, no matter on which game was played.
@@DeadlockAndMe oh ive been playing and never noticed the corridor thats crazy. is there any way to tell what MMR you are or is it just spectators as people have been saying
Normally valve doesn't care for console but I also don't see why it couldn't. My guess is not at launch but maybe in the future. Especially also with the steam deck they probably will have controller support at least.
@@YiskaOut Eh. That's not really impressive considering that there's probably only like 300 players who have been given access to this private alpha. I'm not doubting that he is one of the best players currently, but I doubt anybody calling themselves a 'top player' in this game would really be able to retain their ranking once it goes public. I'd surmise that players like Shroud could probably come into Deadlock and outplay most of them after just a few hours of familiarizing themselves with the game. I don't know if it's just because of this being some sort of replay file, as I know Valve loves to give people the ability to record their gameplay with a console command, but from my perspective, this gameplay looks equivalent to gold ranking in OW2 or CS2, maybe diamond at best. It's very mechanically average.
@@WigglyBro You're off by at least a factor of 100 about those player numbers. MickaelS was a former Fortnite competitor and definitely has top tier mechanical skill. Replay files do distort it but you also are totally off the mark in judging it too. Shroud would get shit on just like he did in Overwatch where he was mediocre at best.
@@bobbobkinz9958a friend has to refer you to get an invite, takes around an hour for Steam to give you access after that. Ask in the subreddit for a key in the megatread
@@robrob8936 people who have played the game say its incredibly fun. its not as 'special' as anything valve has made before but generally i think that for an alpha game it looks really good, this game probably has 6 months to a year before release and many improvements to come
