On Sunday afternoon, motorists resorted to turning around on Interstate 5 near 77th Street when police abruptly shut down all northbound lanes in the Everett area. Now, police confirm two men are dead and one woman is in the hospital with gunshot wounds following what is described as a murder-suicide.

Did you watch the video? It started at an apartment, the suspect fled and police pursued, he went on I-5 with police following, he eventually crashed, then shot himself. He was not shooting at anyone else on I-5, at least from what I saw on the video.

So this going on, two different locations and directions of 405 closed at the same time, yet the powers that be still think it perfectly fine to charge $5 to cross the 520 bridge even though you’re forced to find alternate routes. Dont forget the school levies every year breaking the bank even though WA schools are fully funded by legislature. In other words, schools should be getting money from Olympia from the taxes we pay not by illegally raising property taxes. WA is one of two states in country fully funded by state legislature, go figure. Central Kitsap School District just hired a DEI Superintendent $200K+, 15 more nurses(LGBTQ?) and more librarians but no new schools begs the question why the extra staff is needed. Paid for with property tax money

You don't even know the full story, what an ignorant comment. This started at an apartment complex, two people shot - man and woman. Suspect fled and led police on a chase on I-5. Suspect crashed, then shot himself. What on earth does that have to do with Inslee and Ferguson? Let's get the facts first, kind of sounds like some sort of domestic violence type of thing, but again, speculation - wait for the facts. You have no idea if the suspect has any prior instances of violence, let's get the facts first before you start throwing accusations around.

I'm amazed that this civilian comment/interview was allowed through the editing down there at FOX13. This is the most sensible comment on gun violence I have ever heard on any "news" blurb. In other news: Casino Rd has ALWAYS been a hotbed of gang and drug related violence. I briefly lived there for a year. It is a mile long street with nothing but apartments with mostly immigrant tenants. Always has been, but the recent total Border Breakdown has greatly increased the pressure. The first day I moved in, I saw a group of police officers aiming shotguns at a deranged guy up on his second floor balconey, threatening everyone with a knife. He was eventually tased from inside the apt and taken down.

His boyfriend was cheating on him. I know the guy. He’s a really great guy just very insecure in his relationship with him. Started at the apartment next to mine he walked in on his boyfriend and another guy chased the guy on a foot for a bit then he got on his motorcycle ended up on I-5. He’s gonna call me from the county jail shortly
