@2605mk The system Deadmau5 used is a 74" HoloDesk developed and built by ICE AV Technology in New Zealand. It is definitely not an emulator nor is the software emulator but custom developed.

Are CDJ decks also old because i have an app on my iphone that lets me do the same? 90% of electronic artists just sit behind a pair and mix cds which isn't that hard for some, but we all pay to go and hear the music, this adds a visual element to the experience.
