As a film it may be flawed but as an experience it's absolutely a 10/10. Seen it twice in cinema already and both times I was smiling ear to ear from start to finish. Can't remember the last time a film had me feeling like that.
i went in and left content with all the stuff i knew i’d like …..to say one of the best of all time i can’t say that because you’d have to take the full story in account …. i’ve seen multiple reviewers go a whole hour without even mentioning the villain in the movie or what the actual plot was lol ….it definitely was the weakest part so for that i can’t go 5/5 on it

I agree with Halle Berry as Storm. 90's supermodel Iman would have been perfect as Storm when they made it. Don't get me wrong. She was good in the role, but Iman looks like Storm and has the accent already.
Storm is my favorite comic book character, and they did do her dirty in the movies. I don't think that was Halle Berry's fault, though I think the blame is more so on the directors and writers for not giving her anything to do.
How weird did you guys find it that they Memory-holed Domino? Not just didn't use her, just straight-up gone. No mention, nothing. Rumors are that she would have asked too much because she's a higher-paid actor now, but I'm not fully buying that. That felt personal.

Easily the hottest film of the year 2024! And the Best Comic Book/Marvel movie I seen in a long time! Seeing OG Wesley/Blade return was an EPIC moment for me as a mega fan of Blade! Gambit was dope too! As always great review @TheCyberNerds ! Bless up! I can't believe yall are sleeping on ACROSS THE SPIDERVERSE!!!! That movie was a MASTERPIECE, and I GUARANTEE BEYOND THE SPIDERVERSE will be even bigger than that!!!! 🕸🕷
I got bored in the middle, some stuff was over done and I would have preferred a couple of scenes cut. I came away a little disappointed as I had been hanging for this movie. The overall Deadpool vibe was great but did we really need to see them fight twice and what's with the thousand Deadpools?
I'm 1000% behind Raven about Halle Berry as Storm. Many of us hated it- One of Marvels WORST casting choice...And anybody who agrees with that casting choice smokes too much crystal meth.
Yes. Best Comic movie after Infinity War... period... them weren't cameos... them were actually actors with stakes... i would say they were supportive characters to the story. Only cameo was Henry Cavill Wolverine
So that's why the reference to passion of the christ in his previous movie. Cos deadpool was the first r rated movie after that. I believe he explained that in dp2, but went over my head 😬, and why he refers to himself as marvel Jesus
I didn't hate the film but I felt that it was way too overhyped, it felt like a filler cash grab film with fan serviced cameos, the overall direction and action, and acting in the film was fantastic and I can't not hear that blade line about him being the only blade cause that was so hard but that being said there was absolutely no reason for this to be an MCU movie, this could have just been a standalone movie that had minor ties to the MCU and that's where I felt that it was overhyped because going into the movie I expected a lot more tie ins to the MCU like doctor strange coming through with some info about timeline stuff or even a Loki cameo as like a watcher figure so I'd say my rating of this is like a 3.5 or 4 out of 5 stars
@@Don10-21 I get it but like if they're trying to bring these characters into the MCU properly then this was definitely not the movie for it but then again I'm guessing that they weren't trying to bring them in yet just setting them up to be brought into the fold
