This is fantastic idea. I love how you're more focused on helping businesses improve and learn rather than simply shaming them for not knowing how to help/accommodate deaf folks. I hope you're able to grow this movement and help more business owners learn this stuff

Here in Santiago De Chile recently started a project for a bank called "Intelligent Branch" with a strong orientation to the deaf-mute people. I hope to tell the end of our story someday.

Carl Gutierr Just so you know: deaf-mute is considered inaccurate and not a nice term. It's outdated.

In the US we do not say Deaf Mute or Deaf and Dumb anymore, just Deaf. But in other nations that may be how it gets translated to English via dictionaries made by hearing companies.

Funny, I could not hear the "ding". Music was kind of loud. I'm trying to think of specific examples of #deaffriendly businesses!! Some are #deaffriendly but #hardofhearingChallenged - they don't quite know what to do for the late deafened or hard of hearing who don't sign but voice for themselves - all sorts of fallacies about #lipreading being 100% accurate etc.

Hi my name is Kobe I'm deaf both ears can't read some I s33 back some what. Know very little shining I was learning ASL. Where I live there's no one to teach me it's hard for me to communicate with other world right now who made the best of what I can buy reading it don't help me to communicate very. I'm not sure what I really can do if anyone has any ideas please let me know
