Poor guy, I think he was partly bullied into declining the £16,000. You could see that he wanted to take it but everyone manoeuvred him into saying 'No Deal'.
I wouldn’t say he was bullied. Who on earth would deal at 16k with a board that strong let alone it only being the second offer, I thought 16k was incredibly stingy for that board so I’m not surprised they all said no deal
What was weird about that game besides the incident with Tom's box falling open part way through, was that there was practically silence in the room when Noel opened Massimo's box to reveal £15,000 (therefore, he missed out on more than double what he dealt). Usually it'd get a big groan from the audience
I didn't agree with the decision made at all.If you remember the game where there was an empty box,he was offered the chance to have the game restarted(he declined) but here he was not given that choice and the IA would have known what was being put in the box(admittedly only them).He had a very strong board but that isn't the issue really.I thought this game was all wrong..and I think the audience felt it as well.Shame about the outcome.
