I'm not sure what's happening within the organization...if it's franchise based, etc. It appears the Las Vegas location has a few shared locations on thier website, so I'd assume there are a few that are part of a particular ownership group. Ridenow should certainly look into it's franchisee/dealers though, that's for damn sure. Even now, my "maintenance plan" is a total joke. I paid 2000.00 for something they don't even execute on. I'm not done with them, believe me.
To be honest, you should have never left the dealership without the title in your hand especially if you paid all cash. I know for me, that wouldn't seem right. What was the excuse they used to coax you into the deal without title in hand, did they promise to mail it to you? Either way, they deserve to get ousted for this pitiful behavior.
Dealer doesnt hold title in hand that way vs a private owner. Depends on if the dealer owns their inventory or not, which this one does not. The dealer assigns the title and files the paperwork via power of attorney anyway, to have the title sent to you. It wouldnt be common for a dealer to hand over a title.
Be careful. Resistors get too hot on sleepy headlights until they don't work. 😢 tried emailing him. Be careful, use powerful resistors if you install. The cheap ones don't do it.
I talk to TONS of people everyday, via phone, email, messenger, multiple facebook groups, etc. If you tried to get hold of me via email, please respond with your email here and I'll search. Resistors turn electricity into heat...that's the their job. We've only had one failure of all the resistors we've sent. I warranty everything, ALWAYS, and have TONS of people to vouch for that. No need for a smear campaign here. My phone number is on the website even...I mean...people get hold of me easily.
I mentioned that throughout...thats always an option but the legalities of proving damages and the legal process in Nevada is very tricky vs other states I have been in.
