Hey man , i have been looking for a job in a car dealership as a car sales rep but i was so ready to get into this business that i was ready to get started with anything i can get, even a lot attendant and i just got finally hired at a dodge dealership and i cant tell ya how happy i was . This 16th is my first day and they told me that i am even gonna get my own office ..i couldnot believe myself. I have been watching you videoes for the last couple days and cant wait yo watch em all. I absolutely love cars and i know what i can do if im guided right in the direction and you are gonna give me that direction. Again thanks a lot man!

high miles not a problem sir we have vehicle service contracts that go up to 100k miles if i can get you a service contract on ur car within your budget bam always get name find out hot buttons and have rebuddles ready

YESSSSS!!!! I primarily sell New vehicles, however there is a major shortage so I have to supplement with Pre owned inventory. I walk lot DAILY, sometimes twice a day. A simple “hi how are you today, who am I speaking with” clearly you’re interested in a Jeep .... if unavailable, I have several Great Pre Owned SUVs that are rather similar. What are your specific needs and wants? What price point are we looking for? I will be happy to go to work for you and find the perfect vehicle for you and your family, what is your availability to stop by today? I look forward to earning your biz 🥴 it’s not that hard 🤦🏼‍♀️

I don’t even sell cars “YET” I tint for the dealerships but because I know human psychology I even knew there was no repor built with the phone client(you) I’m going to ask my dealerships if they need sales guys. It’s not hard to ask the client about themselves and overall what brings them in to the store. SOLVE THEIR PROBLEM. They wouldn’t be at the dealership if they didn’t have a problem. Car too small, car too old, payments too high. Man I need to get in this game

❤❤❤❤ 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 I started new career September 21st and I had many classes to take in the same time I sold on my own 3 units, October I sold 6 units with taking online courses which wasn’t even teach how to sale, this month I started strong sold 3.5 units then I saw company didn’t pay my commission. I quit and started another dealership. So Mr. Andy sometimes you are there to sale companies easy can get money from single mom. I am praying for new company doesn’t do it. ❤❤❤🎉

Hey Andy, its been awhile since ive commented on one of your videos, so I got hired on at a local dealership! it's my second week of training and I'm giving it my all to learn the ins and outs of selling cars. However, I already i see different selling philosophies inside this dealership and I'd like to hear what you think. I have a question for you regarding selling a new car over the phone. If the dealership does not have a new vehicle on the lot, should we try to switch the sale to a similar preowned on the phone or avoid trying to sell a car over the phone all together and encourage the customer to come into the dealership for an appointment?

i came into this business a car sales virgin , my training consisted the brands videos and that was it , other than that i was throne to wolves and sabotaged by a coworker trying to make me quit ( he ended up quitting ) . This was 2020 . 2021 was great and i killed it 22 was not as great and 2023 has been ruff . We are a small market in Hawaii and it feels like the glory days of car sales is behind us . is this the case on the mainland ?

Andy, the last 2-3 years sales people at dealers were banking just being order takers!! Now end of 2023-24 dealers do not have quality sales guys since during the last years they did not even spend $$ in training their employees. You have great content reminds me of David Walsh

The only thing I will say in defense of the guy in the last call is that if he is with a company with multiple lots, he may not have it at his lot. I work for a very large dealership with almost 1500 vehicles across 20 different locations, and even though each lot has its own website, every vehicle in the company shows up on locations' websites. I have access to every single one of those vehicles, but doing a lot check doesn't for inventory may not help because 90% of my inventory is on other lots. I will agree, though all those calls were handled terribly by the salespeople. Im not going to pretend to be an expert because I know I'm not, but that is why I have been watching your videos so i can be better.
