I used it being brand new to car sales, having sold jewelry for 7 years, and set an appointment on the 2nd call! Manager told me to be careful how I word things, but if I just stick to Andy's word tracks and get confident, I'll hammer this out! I own the best performing Nissan dealership in Romania. I have payed over 50k in sales training over the last years. These 15 minutes are by far more useful than all of that training combined. You can feel Andy delivering from the heart, you can feel his mission, not to mention the professionalism. The worlds needs more of this.

Andy is a great example of the FACT, that the closing is not at the end of the sale it starts BEFORE the first word (or lack thereof) of the interaction.

Seriously asking - Let’s say I do exactly what Andy says in this video and get a customer into the dealership expecting their mind blown by a trade or purchase appraisal. I’m new to car sales and have only been doing this a few months - but my managers NEVER over pay for trades, and even more so, I’m sure like most dealers, they try to drag the trade in order to increase gross profit. So what do I tell the customer when he gets angry at me and tells me that in reality I’m not offering him any kind of deal and I just brought him there for no reason? Not a hater, I’m watching plenty of Andy videos trying to improve.
He’s got followup videos, you’ve gotta start building value and getting the customer thinking about what cars they’d want to get before you ever even value their car as a trade, you build rapport and ask questions and go around and help them find cars that look at their criteria, ask them how it would look in their driveway etc. (not exactly that but you’ll see how Andy goes through it)
I’m reminded of a lesson in life called contempt before investigation, and observing your level judgement. Both elements of my ego that need to always be reminded. You’re a skilled individual and I see the intelligence behind the persona. 🚀💥
Been in the buying market for a few weeks now and I’ve only met 1 sales man out of like 15 that actually sound like they want to sell… in person or when I call the dealer. their demeanor extremely casual and non chalant. Makes me not want to spend a dime with any of them. Thought buying brand new car would be a higher level experience. Waiting till I find the right type of salesman.

Doing cold calls you must have tons of patience as most people are just plain out tired of India calls... Even though you might have a legit sales pitch its hard to keep their attention. Calling Ophan Owners you will probably have better luck because at least they know the dealship name. Keeping the kind of energy call after call that andy has is rare..
I am new to car sales. When the customers says while sitting at the table, "sure I'll consider selling, give a number on my trade-in right before we talk about anything else. I mean he is adamant about it, as I would be. What do you do. Do you rush back out to the used car manager to get a trade-in number or what? I have purchased about 10 new cars in my life and that is how I am...I want a number before I proceed to talking about anything else. Thanks for your feedback. Agree to most of it But , I am a House Keeping Chemicals Manufacturer. I usually have to talk to managers of different companies to buy my product … took many inputs of being proactive in sales but , it just isn’t fitting in my slot… Learning a lot from you big thanks on that Sir. But my concern stays .
I started at Reed Nissan of Orlando August 6th. This past weekend I finally had my first up. And on Sunday. I sat with two people trying to get used cars. I was so close to closing my first couple of deals. Just couldn’t pull through !!!! I need to make more phone calls and get more appointments!!!!!
Andy, for the extra high level players that may not know.. consuming your content at 2x speed is a major cheat code. Not recommended for anyone who isn’t well versed in practicing constant continued sales training and education. i.e. only for snipers, hitman(and women), assassins, wolves, killers and executioners. Rockstars ain’t hard enough.

Im debating with a salesman at a dealership im trying to get hired into now. He absolutely hates cold calls. He doesn't even make any. And he wonders why he's not successful. Lol im like give me his job. I'll have more customers in the first month than that guys got his whole career.
