I have been to counseling before and on meds I lost my dad to cancer in 5 months back in 1992 . Now my mom had knee replacement surg last yr and came out with vascular dementia and has to be in a memory nursing home. I lost my fiancé to a benign brain tumor 2 yrs ago and have been trying to work when needing back surg. My mom used to make eggs like you.. not with buttermilk . But with butter and milk scrambled and kinda like an omelette.. eggs are good protein with avocado.. put some goat cheese in there with mushrooms and asparagus and will be yummy

@@kiriforever1 how? I watched older videos she said he died when she was a kid. I even had to go back and rewatch and she definitely says she grew up without a father because he died so not sure how he died from Covid if he died many years ago. Nevermind I'm guessing the dad separated from the family when they were kids that's probably what happened.

@@byronic0967 She did not have cancer at that time. When her mother feeds her now i understand it completely.
