I understand how not fun it is to be anxious for no particular reason I was diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder when I was 10. Luckily, I have a much better handle these days but I still have my low moments

I really needed this thank you. I have anxiety really bad on a everyday day bases . My fist time was at school and I couldn't breath and I started crying and made it worse. But nun of my friends new what was happening so it is hard to have it bc anything can trigger it .

Its hard to not to be anxious because i feel like nothing is meant for me im 26 i dont have a job or friends never had a bf i just gave up and accepted im not meant to have these things i hate my life and im so unhappy ive tried everything and cant accomplish anything i dont feel enough or worthy or deserving and i dont think loving myself will change anything nobody ever acknowledges i exist ill always be invisible

Hi Niki I love you so much and I need help on what to do. (I will be using fake names) This boy Pete and me are really close and we helped each other with dating advice bc he liked me bsf and I liked on of his friends. Pete ends up dating another girl that we’ll call Tate. About a week of them dating goes by and my bsf Tina tells Pete that she likes him even tho he has a gf. Pete js says I’ve liked you for months but I have a gf. They move on and remain friends. Last week Pete texted me saying he was going to break up with Tate for Tina. I told him to do what feel right and blah blah blah. But they only date for a day bc Pete would lose friends if people found out they dated. Not even 24 hours later he text Tina asking for advice with his crush. Tina tells me he has a crush but won’t tell me who. So I ask Pete and he says “if I tell you they’ll know Ik it” and I kind thought he liked be but I kept asking cuz I didn’t want to see stupid if it wasn’t me. Then I’m on call with Tina and she confirmed it is me. I asked Pete and I said do you like me and if so why? He said would we still be friends I said yes he said well I do like you bc you cut and have a good sense of humor. And now idk what to do. I mean I would never date him nor do I even have feelings for him. But he’s my bsf ex even if it was for a day they both had feelings for feeling for each other for a long time. And I would feel guilty if I stoped being his friend bc I told him I wouldn’t do that and he’s also one of my closest friends. But if I keep being his friend I don’t want him to get any wrong ideas.

What the actually heck, I’ve literally just started getting bad anxiety since 2 weeks ago and here’s a video from one of my fav podcasters about anxiety… 😭 thank you 🙏
