Boleh p mengadu pada tribunal. Mcm akak keja company developer, ada customer rmh kami mengadu pada tribunal sbb ada bhgian ukuran rmh tk ikut spect.. depa menang.

Kesian u aishah..benda pertama kalo msk rumah..ni lah dia..deal dgn org sana sini..kalo major reno especially dapur..i akan elakkan..n i x nk buat dgn kontraktor..sbb x nk jadi benda2 camni la..blom crita bab extend sana..pch sini..so utk dapur prefer psg ikea dulu..lg pun 2 thn warranty..so i prefer buat skit2 je..meantime dlm 2 thn kita boleh survey kontraktor mn yg btl2 buat kj..nk reno2 ke apa x perlu rushing..unless btl2 memerlukan..

I didn’t do major renovation sis. The main contractor hired by the developer lied to us actually. It’s regarding the defect works 🥲

@@aishamohd bkn sis..mksd i..ni baru cerita defect..kontraktor x buat btl2..mn2 developer pun sama sis..yela..mentang2 warranty 2 thn..free repair..dorang hired contractor pun yg biasa2 je..kalo developer x buat kj dia dan saja melengah lengah kan kerja boleh report ke tribunal..blom crita kita nk deal dgn kontraktor luar nk buat reno ke apa ke..semoga dipermudahkan urusan sis...nnti share lg about house journey❤

Company tu Malaysia company tapi yang pelik PIC yang datang check rumah, explain, bangla.

Bila kita buat baik dengan orang, dia tipu kita pula 🥲 Staff kontraktor ada pecahkan lampu rumah tapi I tak record sebab developer dah bagi duit sebagai ganti. Macam mana ntah buat kerja barang rosak, dinding comot, tipu lagi 😭😪
