Dealing with this as a black nurse is very real. Everything is not about money. I have been trying to find a job that actually appreciates me. I get so tired of day in and out being bullied and harassed, it really is draining and gets so old. 😪
Best advice I got from my birth mother that I still do till today is writing down all my hours each pay period with dates etc. and at a job I worked at tried to play me, I showed them my excel plus phone notes of my time plus have all complaints documented for legal reasons and they never tried me again
Just discovered your channel this morning and I love the transparency! ✊🏿💪🏿. I feel u on EVERYTHING 💯💯. The moment we realize we are disposable numbers and start our own nursing agencies, like I plan to do, then we will see some change!
Naahh...I never expected you said something like that. What any nurse see is when a competent nurse ,then that nurse is part of a great team, but, in generalif the nurse is not competent that nurse should realize honestly that doesn't matter the skin color. Competent nurse doesn't have issues with skin color.
Absolutely love your channel. Girl I just been sitting here bench watching every single video love it. I'm in the healthcare business as well a live in CNA and I love my work.
Hey, I’ve been watching your videos for years and you always inspire me to keep it pushing along my journey. I feel like this will be the cycle where I’m able to pursue lpn school however after i finish i think i want to relocate to another state everyone around me keeps saying I’ll need more than an lpn degree to get out of NC and that’s really making me think twice
