You went through the menus a little fast for this to be easily used by other people. On the upside, since there was no audio aside from the demonstration, I suppose we can just reduce the playback speed! I wasn't able to tell if you actually changed the sliders at 0:30 or not... This is useful, though!

I wish I'd seen this comment notification three years ago. Here's the process: I applied some EQ to offset my shitty mic. You don't nesssiarly need to do this, but you can drop the frequencies under 80 hrtz by 3db, and also those over 10,000 db, then do a small + 3db bump in the 200-300 range. This makes a voice more "sparkley". The actual effect is: Compress the audio to bring it more into a balanced volume state. Use whatever settings you think sound best. Default will work okay. If you EQed, do the same effect again post-compression (pre and post give best effect IMO) Normalize audio levels to -4.5 db at the peek so you can mix multiple tracks with some headroom for proper dynamic range Duplicate the track. Drop the pitch of the second track by 2-3 semitones depending on how deep the regional voice is. Bass boost the second track by like 3-6 DB depending on how deep you want the undertone to sound. Mix the two tracks. You can lower the deeper track's volume by 6-10 db overall if you want the regional voice line to come through more clearly.
