dean's been treating him like shit for numerous reasons, one being that he blames cas for his mother's death (complicated stuff).

He said Cas was dead to him 😭 because he put Mary in danger and she ended up dying So he started acting like he didn’t care about Cas like he literally was dead to him and Castiel couldn’t handle it so he left and Dean didn’t stop him
