He has a mark of kain, which in itself gives you strength much greater than that of a demon, in addition to immortality, like, the only one who can kill him is himself, with the First Sword. in addition to having managed to resist Abbadon's powers when he only had the mark, without being in his demon form yet. Death himself discovered that he could not kill him, only arrest him.
But also that when Castiel stopped Demon Dean, Demon Dean was struggling against weak Castiel, sure he was overpowering but not by much margin. If we bring back the original Castiel from S4, he will defeat demon Dean with mid difficulty.

Death literally says he can’t kill him. Bruh, it might take a while but Deanmon for the win. Remember a bearer of the mark of Cain is literally on par or even surpasses the princes of hell (archdemons). Combined with dean’s knowledge of hunter tactics and increased willingness to use *any* means necessary, S4 Castiel is going to have a extremely difficult fight to even survive.
If Deanmon tried to fight Cas in season 6 when Cas became a seraph (a bit powerful then angels), Cas would beat the shit out of Deanmon since God resurrected Cas from Death and made powerful then all angels. Edit: my opinion ok? I don't want any "Omg you're so wrong"
Cas lost to Cain (who is a Hell Knight) already as a seraph without causing him any damage, Dean also became a Hell Knight, and only archangels can be compared with them, so Cas has no chance anyway

False. Dean isn’t “just a demon.” He’s a Knight of Hell. If given time it’s likely he would have exhibited many of the same powers as Cain, the same Cain who could swat Cas like a fly. Those powers include but are not limited to teleportation, biokinesis, telekinesis, terrakinesis, electrokinesis. Maybe even a form of smiting. Also the Mark makes him immune to any sort of death.

The fight entirely depends on whether Dean has the blade or not. Without the Blade, S4 Cass was still imo in his/near his prime as a soldier in terms of his battle instincts and IQ. A heavenly soldier will have battle experience and instincts that no human can comprehend. Coupled with the fact it's mentioned multiple times in the series Castiel was something of a high ranking soldier, potentially even the Captain of his own company, so his skill and power would have to be somewhat above the normal soldier Angel, who are on average stronger than the demons in the series, with only higher level demons like Asmodeus, Abbadon, Crowley and Azazel being able to take Angels in single combat. The mark would make Dean far above the average demon in terms of strength and speed. His skill would also be higher than the average demon because of his time as a hunter and he's Dean Fucking Winchester which is nothing to scoff at. It's close without the blade, but WITH the First Blade Dean clears this fight pretty easily. Cass has no way to kill him when Dean is equipped with The Blade and all of Dean's already boosted attributes would go through the roof, only getting stronger as the fight went longer. Without The First Blade Cass wins High-Extreme Diff. With The First Blade Dean wins No-Low Diff.

Honestly I'm convinced even season 10 Cass could've killed Dean when Dean was beating him up, and he didn't because he didn't WANT to. Everyone debating this, lemme end this here: Dean as a human with the Mark of Cain, beat Cas after he got his Seraph grace back. I'm pretty sure a much stronger version of Dean like Deanmon would have 0 difficulty. Cain also threatened Castiel by saying he'd "swat Cass like a fly", and he didn't have any other weapon on his person. It's highly likely Dean can too, if not, at least with the First Blade, given they're both Knights of Hell directly transformed by the Mark.
Knight of Hell Dean destroys Castiel the only other beings that could take him on are God, Amara, Death, Archangels, Leviathans, Jack, Lilith and other Knights/Princes of Hell and without the Mark and blade even other knights couldn’t kill Demon Dean

i think dean wins the battle on pure personality alone, dean does what dean has to do to get shit done, castiel has morals, and righteousness to guide him. Cas is way better hand to hand in the later seasons, he loses his wings and gets cut off from heavens power. But he becomes a seraphim. Much more powerful than regular angel. Season 6 castiel is the when he was on seriously on demon time

Castiel is immortal, not Dean (even as a demon) Cass is definitely faster, stronger, and most DEFINITLY has better weapons. If Castiel got bored, he could literally just snap and Dean is dead. Besides, even if Dean SOMEHOW killed Cass, God would just bring him back.
