Dean Forest Railway - Tanker Train Running Day - 30/03/24 

Easter Saturday saw the Dean Forest Railway holding their first tanker train running day. Consisting of six TTA wagons (owned by the national wagon preservation group,) sandwiched in by a Queen Mary, and shark brake vans. The train would be headed by DFR resident class 08, D3937/08769 working the whole length of the 4.5 mile from Lydney Junction to Parkend. Running alongside the tank train is Priarie 4575 2-6-0 5541 working passenger duties. Thanks for watching.
