They could really benefit from making short clips & stories of some of the best parts of the video. Not everybody will sit through long format videos.

For being such a gen X meat head, Dean Lister seems like such a cool guy to hang out with and train with. He looks like a guy who will just absolutely smash you, but hes actually chill af.
