Hi random person, I hope you are having or had a good day because that is what you deserve. If not so that's ok you will rise again and something really great is waiting for you. There truly is a reason to believe you'll be ok. You are beautiful and you are so worthy. Be kind and take care 💖
That was so good! Such a shame I had to cancel my trip in May to see this show. Sam is so cute I hope he's still Evan for when it's safe to travel again
I wish this song went really mainstream and viral and become this generation's imagine or we are the world (idk) its just a great song and a great message
It's so touching on its own, but in the context of the show its so different and it found it unsettling and almost creepy because its so insincere! I think that's pretty clever.
When I watched this, I was just getting into theatre and musicals, now it is my culture! I can't go a day without singing or listening to a song from my fav musicals! My dream goal, is to be on the West End or Broadway and play Zoe in Deh! Unfortunately, due to Covid I wasn't able to go see the Amazing show last year, but I'm really hoping that I will this year! This is so inspiring and even more motivation for me!
Hmm, i would argue that Sam's voice is far from exceptional, he is very good at conveying emotions in the other performances I have seen of him, and much like Ben Platt goes immediately into the character of Evan as soon as he starts singing. But he is simply not a touch on Ben, in fact there are several other Evan's that i've seen that are significantly stronger singers than Sam, from what I have read Sam does an exceptional job of being Evan as the character. Unfortunately I haven't seen a single performance of Sam's where he doesn't miss notes almost constantly throughout the song, usually flat.
Are people in the comments deaf? I mean Sam has a good voice, I have heard him on other tracks where he sounds great...but in this case the entire cast is pitchy as hell, clearly there was a problem with the monitors, because they are just WAY OFF.
This is a charity performance, hence the footage in this video, it’s only Sam and understudy Natalie Kassanga from the actual cast. The rest of the people singing are charity workers....
@@fowler731 That explains everyone but Sam. Was he so flat/pitchy? Bad monitor mix? He appears to have both ears in, so I assume he was not getting a good mix, with no good pitch reference.
