Thank you Sir for speaking out, this is what this education who changed Mathematics into pure Maths into Maths Litracy. They just wanted to look good when the results came out. We always just proper Mathematics. Our education has been reduced to nothing, imagine firing a great Mathematics teacher. Yes Commeradeship position, SADTU. They just messed up the best teachers resigned. Maths Litracy is the worst thing that happened. They even were selling posts. This gentleman was outspoken and was honest. Apartheid education was better than what we have, because even the inspectors. These Commerades messed up our education he was not compromising.
These comrades messed up education. This guy must go to the Public Protector. Mokwele frustrated this guy with the support of the District. This guy is clear, Mokwele and comrades must go to jail
A narcissist of a principal and the department feeding his ego and evilness. What a toxic system! This is so infuriating! So very heartbroken 😭 💔 for him. So it’s not just the police system that needs cleaning up??? South Africa has gone to the dogs! 😢
15 minutes into it, i can tell that Ntate's first mistake was trying to outshine the master or repremand the "master". You will create a monster who may seem very slow in getting his vengeance but at the end, he will and he will exercise his powers over you. Young teachers, learn everything you can from this episode
He shamed the principal twice and that principal stripped him of his career, his love for teaching, his salary and lastly his marriage. I am glad Ntate is still alive, seems healthy and full of life because vengeful people will drive you to your grave. Again, people in corporate and young teachers , learn from his mistakes. A person with power will manage you out of your livelihood 💔
Thanks queen Ninja, I'm enjoying Ntate Kekana's story. Thank you for giving him the opportunity to tell his story with so much kindness. I don't relate much but I've learnt a few things I never knew existed in his profession.
How dare he outshines Mr Principal of principals. At this point I feel everyone should undergo mental and emotional evaluation before being appointed to the leadership positions. Joo Molimo Jesu. What an abuse of power!
Why would the principal recommend leave without pay on his behalf?? I mean as long as he is reporting to work, he was supposed to get his full salary. It’s not his fault after all. Where was the union?? I don’t understand
My mother is going through this now, she got position 1 ( yes there’s proof ) , they gave it to the 2nd candidate. The district director was the one who changed the recommendation without following policy. This is a June 2024 case. It’s a thing in Education where people buy posts.
Hello Queen 👑 Ninja ❤️ I'm going to Comment again after watching the whole episode ❤ I love Education a lot and i work in Information Technology and Education Sector❤
EducATION is one of the worst place one can ever find themselves, too much favouritism and sabotage, most educators go into bad depressions because of positions. all the time am asked why I never apply for high positions say never because I do not carry the skin of sabotage. am oak as pl1 until I could resign soon.
This is a normal challenge of a manager having an over ambitious employee in their team and they’re intimidated. He didn’t do anything wrong according to me. The principal just wanted to show him who’s the boss and he was never against who the boss is, he was just standing by his ethics the whole time! I’m so sorry baba, I hope they pay you your monies because you worked for it. It’s so funny that I’ve gone through this in just 2 years of working in corporate. But we grow and learn 😊
Mhm, 😢😢 no wonder some of us are qualified but aren't getting appointed. The department dances to the principal's tune, they recommend their own people regardless of their qualifications.
The first mistake he made was trying to humiliate and outshine the principal and made him into an enemy, just because you are a better teacher than him was not reason for you to humiliate him publicly in front of his subordinate's. When your at work you must know your position and stay on you lane , If you don't come for them , chances are they wont come for you.
@@ndilimeckie6924 its about knowing your audience, everyone does not take criticism the same, I would never tell my direct manger that he/she is incompetent, I might think it but I have emotional maturity
There's nothing wrong with what Kekana did. Mokwele had no right to do what he wanted did. We are living in a democracy. Mokwele was not qualified for the post. Period.
@@ednamacquela7982 Qualified or not , lets be practical if what you are doing is not working for you , change your strategy. I've been in a toxic working environment but i knew when to fight my battles . My mission was working and getting paid for my work,
@@sibongilemthunzi3857 Do you realise that it's people like yourself that perpetuate toxicity in working spaces? So you would rather not speak out against injustices because "you know your position"? You are giving vibes of an employee that would never riot with the rest of your colleagues if there's a grievance that also affects you, but you will still share in the fruits and benefits thereof.
But if mathematical literacy was introduced out of nowhere it means there no teachers who specialized in mathematical literacy so he was wrong to say no
Look at this way why is the department introducing a new subject without training people for it? If am a electrical engineer and civil engineering is introduced you can't expect me to go and do civil work because they are all eng
