What would they sue for, they gonna sue the other for also using the idea of a size changing superhero? Or even sue because they made their own super fast character? Maybe sue because the other character can also use lightning? I think the circumstances to say they can sue would have to be: They used the exact same/extremely similar name, their outfit/appearance is nigh-identical. Besides, DC and Marvel aren't bitter rivals, I hear they get along with each other actually.

If antman went up thanos' butt and then grew, Thanos' sphincter muscles wouldve broken ant man's bones. If thanos is strong enough to stop a hulk punch, i doubt that antman's human body would have enough strength to do anything or even survive the force of changing size inside a thanos muscle.

About that comment on Marvel heroes and just heroes in general needs to not include Deadpool. There is a storyline where Deadpool actually gets help from a therapist but it ends up not so well.
