I saw the actual murderous movie years ago. And thought the awful perp was just horrible. The mom did not get any money I did hear they denied it to her. But life without parole is great I hoped for ++ years but that's the main thing LIFE. That actor lawyer did his thing he was great dang he was great. And not only that but he befriended mom felt her pain and got her justice up a hard road. Its great seeing justice pursued and carried out. They should have given mom money after all she was a victim 2 of this case. Lady lawyer did great to. I knew when I saw her it was owned and done. Thank you actors.😂😂😂😂

His gf is more concerned about their social life, status and what people might think about him taking a pro-bonus case. And she likes living in her own "perfect world". So he dodged a bullet with this one. She just likes being with him during the good times, not the bad times. Relationships aren't only fancy dinners, theatre plays, dinner parties, social events. She is that kind of person who only likes talking about "pretty" and "perfect" things and nothing else. Fair enough, but that means that she's not for him. What would happen if he's going through a rough patch in his own life? Naah, he's better off without her.

Policy issued April 1st, Girl dies April 2nd??? In UK, any death claim within 30 days of 'inception' of policy, the assessors and investigators would be 'all over it'. Would have thought same in States? Any Americans care to comment?
@robinredshanks9096

@@elizabethpeters2121 Hi Elizabeth, I cannot comment on US life assurance law, but I do know the UK Law. (Scotland can differ). The death benefit only comes into full force after thirty days, unless the cause of death is a obvious accident and not a previously diagnosed health related issue that was not disclosed. Also suicide is ruled out in every life policy, The reason being, it is in fact 'illegal' in UK to commit suicide. So you are seen to have committed an 'illegal act for financial gain' ie: monies added to your Estate for benefit of others'; so the policy becomes null and void. Insurance companies are like Banks, they sell you an umbrella, but snatch it back the moment it rains too heavily.Keep well and covid free.

There may have been another violation. Nevertheless, his work on this case which we view here is highly commendable. In my experience, there are not too many lawyers who would go the extra, extra, extra mile that Keeney took on this case. He's no saint but pretty close.

Never believe what You read and half of what you see. You know In this industry they set people up and lie on people all the time, especially when you won’t bow down to what they want. I said that to say this, we don’t know what actually happened, those folks could have lied on him saying that he took extra money. He was a good man that didn’t even care to much about money.

Years ago, I worked in insurance/assurance; (know the difference)? Dad was very ill, so I took out a LIFE policy on Mum. So if she were to die, money there to help Dad. Care costs. When Mum died long afyer Dad had gone,, the Lawyers INSISTED the policy was only worth £5K, when I knew it was for £50k! The Lawyers argued for three months, till they eventually handed over the documents and I proved I was correct. Meanwhile My two brothers had been calling me stupid, and why was I holding up THEIR MONEY from the house etc. We no longer talk.. The policy was a 'cluster policy' written in Ten sections. The Lawyers said they had never seen one before.(they are very common); LIARS till the end. They even tried to charge for all the times I had called them to argue about the policy value. Warning to everyone: NEVER trust A LAWYER!

@Janna O yes indeed I got the £50k. Then 3 months after estate 'settled' the shit sent me a letter stating they had miss-calculated their costs, asked for £3500 from each of us!!! I sent a five page letter of complaint. Two weeks later a 'New junior' soliciter replied in three lines. 'We find no fault in our actions'? I went berserk, visited his office, my words. 'I'll shove this letter so far up your arse, it will end up choking you. I then prosecuted them through 'solicitors complaints'. Took 3 tears to get £10K each in damages for all five of us.. He and his practice STRUCK OFF!. I am a cancerian CRAB by birthsign, A very true part of a Crabs nature is that once we get our claw into something, we never let go until it is solved to our full satisfaction. A Crab gets a shell knows there is food inside, it will not let go. Just keeps bashing shell against a rock till it cracks open. HOWEVER LONG IT TAKES! I have been the scourge of many in my lifetime for this trait. Most companies, and official bodies think that if they DELAY things for long enough, you will give up. Sadly this is so true of many. BUT you have to HANG ON IN THEIR until they crack. WHICH THEY DO! Never be put off by 'THE THREE D's'. they all use. Defer 'referred matter to other department'. Delay, Change of person dealing with complaint, They will say they have lost paperwork. Ask, Please write in again to NEW said person with full details of your complaint (always a blatant lie) Sony Vodophone tried this thirty six times. REMEMBER THE ROAMING CHARGE SCANDAL? That was ME! When in court, not one of the names given had ever worked for them. Cost them £24 million Govt, fine 'office of fair trading'. I only got £5K from that one. Deny, 'By this time they think you will have forgotten your complaint. Always keep copies of everything. Usually they will 'slip up; somewhere along the way. Gosh that;s far longer reply than I thought when starting. Take care. NEVER give up, if you know you are right!

This man lost his lucrative career with a law firm due to his dedication to find these two evil murderers and he was ostracized for it. That gf has to be the most selfish, shallow and contemptible woman. I would imagine this was her true character and I hope he did dump her in real life. She couldn’t have cared less about this young woman’s death and finding Justice for her
