It wasn't a disease, it was the C24. Picking certain people to give enhancements while infecting others.

It was explained that anybody who was infected by c24 either gets turned to an alien or a superhuman depends if they are a bad person or a good one, for reapers case he was turned to a superhuman because he was morally good, while goat and portman and sarge definitely got infected because they will turn to an alien while others who they chose not to infect were killed easily like destroyer/mac/duke

In the game total enemy numbers you have to kill count to 1295 amount, whereas in the movie only 117 enemies are eliminated. Apparently, x 13 times more kill count you have in the game version.

Can someone explain to me one thing.. there were six scientists in dr carmack's team right? That woman with the arm wrenched off dies at the hand of kid and portman , carmack himself gets finished by sarge , wilits gets wasted by reaper in the sewer, also another one gets finished by reaper and goat at the lab, thurman and clay were found dead in the archaeological dig but later when kid and duke goes to finish the job they find one missing. So what happened to the last one ? Also the guy who was experimented one by carmack's team did he get wasted offscreen?
