Traffic safety is problematic and a big killer in Kenya. There are many reasons for that. Some of it is in the traffic culture. But that is somewhat dependent on other factors and circumstances. It takes long evoluution in the attitudes of people and organisations to effectively change the situation. Awareness helps in this. Being fatalistic is harmful. Things can be changed, but it takes time and can be painfully slow.
@@Ilona_Ke I sure hope so too, since what I saw from some 2022 released research was that Kenya’s road traffic fatality and injuries was worsening (up to 47% increase) since 2015. Hopefully this is a wakeup call in a similar way that Finland experienced similar worsening traffic statistics something like 50 years ago, I think.
