The armour worn by the Heretics. This is during Vraks! Arch does an impressive series on Vraks, it is glorious. Although, not sure if its something anyone would want to react to, given his controversial nature, lol.
Is it the lasgun sound? It best not be, thats probably the best lasgun sound effect I've heard. There's that nice solid crack & a lot less of the pew pew in other scifi laser weapons that a lot of people end up attributing to the Lasgun.
@@OldManReacts Well, It would be a Lucius pattern Lasgun, they only have a single fire mode, which that was. A semi automatic rifle on single fire would still be able to fire that quickly, like those werent multiple round bursts I heard, rather 1 shot every few seconds, which made sense to me. But Im not an expert on guns or Lasguns
@@OldManReacts the rate of fire of the Lucius pattern could be like that. the trooper wanted to keep the head down of 1 enemy.. so that rof is fine. sure it can fire a lot faster but why waste the charge pack if you only have 1 enemy.
@@OldManReacts From what I read on the wiki the Lucius Lasgun favored stopping power than rate of fire. As such it also has a lower ammo capacity for the energy pack of 25. I think 40 is the normal but I am unsure.
A good thing to watch is someone who made the ASTARTE's video and added doom music to it, its pretty cool a good thing to watch its called : the only thing they fear is astarte's.
Kriegers are absolutely trained from birth. Grown in Vat Tube instead of a mother. 7-9 year olds are trained to fire a gun Educated that their ancestors have committed crimes and heresies against the emperor that only fighting and dying may grant forgiveness. Kriegers believe themselves are nothing but ammuntion for the eternal war. The rest of the Imperium see krieg as batshit insane but extremely effective These kriegers will absolutely volunteer any of the deadliest warzones in the galaxy. That what makes them so Iconic and In(famous) across the imperium and to fan-community. And I hoped the emperor will forgive them.
@@iconicusensign9624 so they're brainwashed as hell from childhood into believing that dying while fighting will bring forgiveness and are so accepting of death they don't care how the situation pans out as long as they die? that is not an army that is a death cult
@@Leostar-Regalius pretty much. One quote ive seen is that in any other reginent, commisars are there to keep the men focused and to keep them frok running away from a fight. But in the Death Korps, the commisars job is to keep the Kreigers from being TOO suicidal, often unsuccsessfully.
I feel your pain of conflicted emotions with the notion of this going mainstream. On the one hand mainstream budgets and studio support means the potential for stuff like thing on the scale of Star Wars or Lord of the Rings, on the other hand, mainstream has a nasty tendency of watering down and corroding that which makes things like this awesome (Star Wars being a prominent example).
