Lore: So death is a being that lives in both the living realm and the realm of the deceased. She is said to be the last thing anything will see right before they die. Normally she will guide souls to her realm or if needed she will take on her basic form and go to the realm of the living and take the lives of specific creatures. She is very powerful as she can also warp the reality of her victims to anything they want or anything she wants. Even though she is death, she still has a soft spot and cares for lots of creatures!
