#SandraBirchmore, 23, was 3 months pregnant when her body was found inside her apartment in Canton, Mass. Now, the three Stoughton police officers who allegedly groomed and sexually abused Birchmore beginning when she was 15 are the targets of a lawsuit. Forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Baden says evidence points to Birchmore being murdered rather than taking her own life.

@@georgea5991 It is a constitutional guarantee. At trial a defendant is presumed innocent unless and until the jury finds guilt proven by the prosecution based on the evidence and law. Failing that the defendant remains innocent. In other words, the jury doesn't find the defendant guilty; it determines whether the prosecution proved guilt.

The Wahlbergs have starred in like half of them, and Ben Affleck starred in the rest lol jk. Yes, and all unattended death investigations are suppose to be done by the State Troopers, The Massachusetts State Police. You have video of this young lady going in the elevator to her apartment. Then a lil while later you see the baby daddy (the cop) go in the elevator up to her apartment. Then she's later found dead.
