Please don’t ever think you’re alone with the money pile or death pile. As you were counting your tubs, I was thinking wow this is me. I love Thrifting I work a full-time job outside of the house and I’m so tired when I get home I know I have to list, but it is hard, thank you for sharing. It made a huge difference.

I agree that you should just tote up the whole table of clothes and place in garage. Then stick with the "tackle a tote" one at a time. It will be less overwhelming for your senses. I think you're doing great!

Definitely clearing it all out this weekend and going into next week with 100% clean tote by tote slate. I don't have enough empties so did have to use some of the big blue bag things but they do zip. Thanks for supporting me!

Hey Amanda. Keep up the great work. Remember to be gentle with yourself. I closed both of my online shops due to me moving overseas. So I'm consigning with a mom-and-pop shop and I set a goal to make $50-$100 a month. The split is 50/50.

That's how I'm dealing with my stockpile of inventory just grabbing a tub and dealing with it and then moving on to t the next one. Some says go better than others. The important thing is to just keep at it and be realistic in your goals. It took awhile to get that much stuff and it's going to take awhile to deal with it all and that's ok.

Loved this video. I like the idea of putting all of that stuff in recently emptied tote bags so it’s not so overwhelming to look at. I’ve always loved the old saying “how do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time “. Our death piles probably way about the size of an elephant so it feels very fitting in this case.I’ve listed 10 items since watching your first video. Feels great to be “back in the saddle again”, because like you, I had not listed since November. 🤯 my goal is to list at least 45 new items a week. 🤞🤞 so I have 35 more to hit by Sunday.

Look at you!!! Tuesday morning I put up my first listings since Halloween so right there with you. I listed 15 in an hour watching tv this afternoon. It is so doable!!! We got this!

WOW! You are cooking with gas! Photos and listings! Congratulations on pushing past this weird weather we've had here. Hot followed by Cold, then Humid then Damp. Hardly the Sunshine State. Raining yet again even though not in the forecast, Icy by Saturday .... or maybe not, ??? who knows. I haven't felt like doing anything myself. Good idea to take some hot tea breaks. glad to hear you've already made sales from things you've listed! thats gotta be huge motivation for you! i'm glad you're making sure not to overdo it either, making it manageable makes it way easier! plus, doing one tote at a time makes way more sense cause the pile staring at me would feel daunting (if it were me) lol love this series already!

Awe thank you for the compliment!! I enjoy making this style of video. I use list perfectly! I chose it over vendoo after watching a few tutorials and I think the price is fair. I used a discount code and I love that everyone gets their own code to share after joining. It’s super simple to use and I’m not techie!

See you are already making progress. Like you said one tote at a time. I would definitely tote up what's in your dining room to get it out of there. I work better with everything around me being organized. Pack it up and just do one at a time so you are not looking at a mess everytime you walk by. I think you will find yourself moving faster. Clutter in our other spaces just makes the task more daunting.

Yes, in theory it seemed like a great idea to have it all staring at me but I think I’m just going to leave the table for the current tote I’m working on. I only have a few empties right now so it will be a work in progress.

Hi!! My almost 9 year old just sized out of her 4/5 Lilly. Their sizing is just as crazy as women’s. My ten year old is in the 8/10’s but moving into the plain 10’s. 12/14 is too big. I’ve got a few 7/8 rompers listed since my young Lilly love doesn’t like rompers. But the Lilly in this current stash to list is all 4-5-6. Thank you for checking though!
