I like how his prison friend called him a coward.

The wicked smile and mischief in his eyes that he displayed when being asked why he murdered those people made my jaw drop. I have never seen an adult act like this - like an adolescent about to pull a prank on his mate - at the thought of murdering somebody. I cannot believe that people like that exist among us.

He always looks dead until you asked him about his murders. Then he has this look of sadistic joy on his face.

His lawyer lookin like “how tf am I supposed to explain this” 😭😭

What makes this scary is that he can easily be mistaken for a kind person just by his soft spoken voice and demeanor alone

2:12 I think it really is that simple with Ramirez. Many serial killers you get the impression that they were miserable broken individuals, Edmund Kemper even turned himself in, requested the death penalty and waived several parole hearings. But Ramirez was just straight up sadistic and enjoyed it, it actually brought him joy. I hesitate to call people evil, because reality isn't that black and white, but yeah he was def evil.

Maybe if we didn't give serial killers such cool names like "The Night Stalker", and we'd instead call them "The Small PeePee Killer" we'd have less serial killers

I had read somewhere that he was not born psychopath but made a psychopath because of abusive childhood. He also had a sadist cousin who somewhat play a big role in him turning into a sadist murderer. It's really horrific how trauma makes a person a monster.

His voice sounds normal, and he looks handsome to most people. If he was a random dude who quickly passed by you in public you would think he’s just a regular person. Terrifying.

He said he never cared about what happened to him, but the day he got caught he was running for his life from an angry mob that had every intention of beating him to death and he begged the cops when they rolled up to save him, even identified himself to get their help.

This guy had a truly horrible life where literally everything possible went wrong for him, while it doesn't excuse him of what he did it does actually explain how he became the person that he was.

If you've ever read an account of his early years, you'd better understand how he became so unspeakably monstrous. That's one thing. What he did later however, is horrible and unforgivable.

It's not a problem to find a serial killer "pretty", the problem is if you use that excuse to forgive his crimes. He is not nice, he is not sane and you would NEVER want to be in a relationship with one of them, even if he is "pretty" or "hot".

Being someone who has an emotional development problem, for me, trusting everyone and trusting absolutely no one is the exact same thing. For this same reason I have stepped into a lot of traps and I wish there was something to teach us to beware of these predators, to see them somehow.

in one moment he seems like a normal, self-aware dude, talking lucidly about taking responsibility for your actions and then the next he smiles like pure evil.

He’s a truly one of a kind killer. I have to say. I’ve been studying serial killers for awhile now. I got to watch the new Dahmer show that came to Netflix (which is a great show by the way!) Most if not all killers ALWAYS have a motive… wether it be a pleasuring, a feeling of control (usually rape) or some type of feeling that gives them a “safe” kind of feeling. Dahmer, it was about sexual fantasies and being wanted. With John, it was a few things but more than anything that was his kink. I can go on with guys like Manson, Gein and a hell of a lot more. But with this guy, I just can’t put my finger on him. He shows absolutely no remorse. He smiles and giggles when asked about the murders. Through his conviction, he refuses to help and aid with the investigation. Plays the whole “I didn’t do it” statement a lot like Gacy. I can truly say in my opinion that this guy is probably the worst I’ve ever seen as a serial killer. He may not have the biggest count but sometimes it’s not always the numbers, it’s the personality they choose to have once they’re caught and knowing that there’s absolutely no hope or chances of freedom ever again. Ramirez is 100% aware of his situation but that doesn’t stop him in the least bit with his horrible attitude and demeanor.
