Heck yea back at it ! , I just finished installing my ML500 engine back into the car . I rebuilt it , all I need to do is install the new fuel injectors & give her its first start up in 6 months !
good afternoon. I love your Ml. I have the same one, but all original. Can you tell me what the tire size is? And how much was the suspension raised? I appreciate your help. From Portugal. Thanks
Tire size is 285/75 R17 The suspension is raised 2 inches plus 2 inches body lift. What size tires are you running? It looks like you've changed them from what I can tell in earlier videos. Or is it just the camera angle? Great video by the way 👏 👍
hi I plan to do a bit of off roading as hard as you and I'm hesitating between a Ml 2004 and Pajero 2004 knowing that I'm in love with Mercedes but according to you which is the most reasonable choice ? Tkanks
Pajero doesn’t have traction control but it has a lot more room inside, but easier to modify the lift suspension. ML500 has more power and has traction control but has less room inside.

Stop teasing me with all these videos my W163 needs some coils and spark plugs as well as possibly a transmission replacement 🤦🏻♂️ I’m glad my W166 is bulletproof but I also think W163 is the best off-road keeping up with real 4x4s
haha I hope you get yours running real soon. transmission is also bulletproof, but not the transfer case. My tranny was on a limp mode at one time because the TCM unit was fried.
Looking into potentially scoring a w163 soon and the transfer case keeps coming up as seemingly the Achilles heel of this truck. How has yours been holding up and have you had to rebuild it?
