Death Wish Instant Coffee: Is it any good? 

Looks and sounds good but that price is up there, I prefer jar instant coffee for the pricing and that way I can set the serving size. For that sort of price I can get a Bobba Tea kit, which has a bit more on the ingredients side. Still would give it a shot to say I have.

Any updates on this? I just picked some up for a trip

You can mix death wish instant coffee with cold milk, mix it up really well, and it tastes great!!! It's just like the cold coffee dinks that starbucks puts out, and it will get you thru the day with no jitters...at least it did with me.

I drink my coffee black as well. I'm a fan of instant, but very picky about my coffee (Sabrina hates instant) so thank you for this. I'll have to give them a try!

I've been wanting to try the Death Wish and the Black Rifle coffees, but I haven't yet. Primarily because I'm happy with an inexpensive option. (I admit, I'm cheap...er... I mean frugal, that's it frugal.😉) For the times I have instant while camping, I'll go with Nescafe Clasico instant coffee sticks (Dark Roast) or preferably, the Nescafe Espresso instant coffee sticks. When I see them locally they are typically around $2 for a 7 count pack. (Although I think the espresso is only available in a 25 pack now, ~$14 on amazon) I use 2 packs for about 12oz of water. The best use I've found for instant while camping/hiking is to add a couple or three packs to a 16oz bottle of cold stream water (filtered) to have cold 'ice' coffee. I think these two are pretty good for the inexpensive brands out there. (Note: I do not like the other Nescafe instant coffee sticks)

Have you tried Coffee Type 2 from US MRE’s?

I've heard of this brand but never tried it. I'm really hooked on Medaglia D'oro instant espresso coffee. 🤤 New subscriber here!

I haven't cared for the Death Wish beans I have tried so far. I might give this a look at some point though. I keep looking for an easy on-trail option for coffee instead of my AeroPress. Thanks for your input on it.

I've heard of this coffee and always wondered what it was. I only drink instant coffee in emergency situations. Our generator wouldn't power my coffee maker during the big TX freeze, but it would power my neighbors, which was interesting. Different voltages I guess.

I have tried the death wish pods and that coffee was way too strong for me! These are probably just as strong being that they are double the caffeine I believe. I would need to add more water. Thanks for sharing
