Ok, this is simply a firmware problem. Razer calls it a "Mouse sleep duration issue." Update your firmware to v2.04.00_r1 and it should fix the issue. Make sure to read the prompts carefully when updating your firmware.

@@BV_PLAYZ i just had to go through the process of DeathAdderV2Pro_Firmware_Updater program. That fixed it all for me. Clean reinstall of the mouse and its firmware.
