I remember listening to this back in the day. What a solid piece of work. I love metal, I love music in general...I loved many things that come with hearing. Sadly I am partially deaf now and this is basically unintelligible...but how can I not try to regain some of this pleasure?
Finally Someone Noticed it!!! Greattt!! Spread the word!! and pay attention also to other stuff that is hastur related in the album! let's say you should reverse something...
This is just as cheesy as Ghost. No band that films themselves wearing skulls, dark makeup or cavorting about singing songs about werewolves should expect to be taken seriously.
Ghost has actual messages in their songs, they are just making music without that care of being campy, they want to sound awesome and not fear being campy, their campiness is like the best part.
Definitely have a point. Ghost have consistently dumbed their music down for radio play and appealing to the mainstream, whereas Deathless Legacy have delved further into their core sound, letting it grow with each subsequent record. Ghost are still good musicians and top notch song writers, but it's become too apparent that it's not about the music, or the art thereof. Deathless Legacy seem to do the opposite. That's the part to take seriously, because of course it's cheesy af, but at least it's delivered with passion.
freezingspectre I completely disagree, their music hasn’t been dumbed down at all, while I agree that the latest album (which is arguably their best) could have had more Satan the lyrics are still poetic just with an 80s glam rock touch.
